FNSS ACV-AD is the designation of an armored combat vehicle developed by the Turkish defense company FNSS Savunma Sistemleri A.S. The ACV-AD is based on the ACV-30, which in turn is based on the American AIFV (Armored Infantry Fighting Vehicle). The ACV-AD Platform has an increased power pack performance and an improved suspension capability compared to the ACV-15 and the ACV-19. The ACV-AD Platform also provides ballistic and mine protection. Thanks to this feature, the vehicle has the capacity to carry greater payloads such as heavy air-defence platforms. The vehicle has been selected as an Air Defence System platform by the Turkish Armed Forces within the scope of the Korkut SPAAG and HISAR surface to air missile system projects.

Thanks to an increased power pack performance and an improved suspension the ACV-AD platform has the capacity to carry greater payloads compared to other heavy air defence platforms. The ACV-AD also provides ballistic and mine protection. The configuration of the vehicle can be changed to suit the operational requirements of the user. The ACV AD constitutes an ideal platform for air defence, command-and-control, long range mobile radar systems, artillery fire support, logistic support, ammunition carrier and self-propelled artillery and missile systems. The Command-and-Control configuration designed under the KORKUT Project is fully amphibious and has the capability
of propelling itself in deep and/or fast flowing waters.

The KORKUT is a Turkish all-weather-capable 35 mm self-propelled anti-aircraft gun (SPAAG) developed by Aselsan. Designed to replace to aging M42A1 Duster systems of the Turkish Armed Forces, each Korkut system compromises of 1 command and control vehicle and 3 weapons platforms. Each weapon platform carries a twin 2×35 mm Oerlikon KDC-02 cannon, manufactured under licence by MKEK. The cannons can fire different types of 35×228 mm ammunitions including Aselsan made ATOM 35mm airburst ammunition. Each weapons system can fire up to 1100 rounds a minute up to a range of 4 km. The command and control vehicle has an effective radar range of 70 km. The Turkish Armed Forces has ordered 40 weapons systems, deliveries are scheduled to complete in 2022.

The HISAR is a family of short, medium and long-range surface-to-air missile systems being developed by Roketsan and Aselsan since 2007. The missiles are developed by Roketsan, while most sensors and electronics are developed by Aselsan. HISAR-A is based on an FNSS ACV-30 tracked vehicle chassis armed with four vertical launched HISAR-A short-range missiles supplied by Roketsan. The tracked HISAR-A system mounts its own mast-mounted Aselsan MAR radar and an electro-optic/infrared (EO/IR) system, allowing it to operate as an independent standalone system without the need to operate as a battery with a separate FCS. HISAR-A has dual pulse solid propellant rocket motor, and so will be effective and highly maneuverable air targets, but 5 km altitude.
