The Republic of Korea Air Force Combat Control Team (ROK CCT). The ROK CCT is a special operations force that is the first to penetrate the enemy in order to support airborne operations and provide guidance for missile attacks in the outbreak of a full-scale war. The Combat Control Team completes its mission in extreme hostile environments as a mobile air control unit in order to ensure the safety of friendly forces by penetrating the enemy’s position and obtaining information such as weather, wind direction and wind speed. Comprised of only non-commissioned officers. Although the ROK CCT may be few in number, it is a robust team of elite soldiers equipped with various special training and a warrior mindset.
