Production of the Mobile Strike Force Vehicle (MSFV) is officially underway at Textron Systems’ Slidell, La. manufacturing facility, marking an important milestone in the company’s ongoing support to U.S. partners and allied ground forces. Sixty-five MSFVs will be delivered to Ukraine in support of its defensive ground forces, providing advanced protection and agility on the battlefield. The reinvigoration of an active manufacturing line reflects months of preparation, coordination and facility readiness to meet production requirements. In Slidell, manufacturing teams have begun full vehicle builds, supported by a mature industrial base and a workflow designed for steady, high‑tempo output. The facility is equipped for comprehensive production—from fabrication and welding through system integration and testing—enabling high-volume production while maintain vehicle quality.

The MSFV is part of the long‑standing COMMANDO® Select vehicle, a legacy platform known for its mobility, survivability and reliability in challenging environments. For more than six decades, Textron Systems has manufactured and delivered advanced armored vehicles in support of missions across the globe.
