GKN Aerospace will play a central role in Anduril UK’s team following the UK Ministry of Defence’s decision to down-select the company for the next phase of Project NYX. The programme underlines the strength of the UK’s sovereign defence industrial base, combining cutting-edge autonomous technology with proven aerospace engineering. It also represents a major opportunity for regional growth, with the potential to create up to 100 new high-skilled jobs on the Isle of Wight as the programme progresses.
