Equipped with a hybrid electric/diesel propulsion system ensuring silent movement, the DRAILER is a high-tech robot with autonomy suited to operational theatres. The DRAILER is a 4×4 robot equipped with all-wheel drive and steering, ensuring exceptional maneuverability across diverse terrains. Powered by a robust 100 hp engine, it utilizes dual diesel fuel range extenders and a 14 kWh lithium-ion battery, ensuring reliable performance and endurance in diverse operational environments. Thanks to its independent suspension system, the DRAILER can conquer slopes of up to 60% and side slopes of 30%, making it a formidable asset in challenging environments. This robust platform can be towed at speeds up to 90 km/h and is teleoperable at speeds up to 40 km/h, showcasing its operational versatility in high-intensity theaters. It boasts a 14kWh battery and dual Diesel generators, allowing for continuous operation over 200 km at 20 km/h or up to 24 hours on standby. The DRAILER’s modular flatbed, measuring 2450×1600 mm, can transport heavy equipment with a payload capacity of 700 kg, underscoring its adaptability for various mission requirements.
Equipped with advanced cybersecurity measures to protect all components, the DRAILER also boasts significant firepower, including a Remote Controlled Weapon Station (RCWS) with a 12.7 mm caliber, ammunition boxes, and anti-tank rockets. At Eurosatory, the DRAILER will be showcased in its infantry support variant, featuring a teleoperated HORNET 12.7 mm turret. This configuration emphasizes the platform’s support capabilities in combat scenarios. Its performance metrics are equally impressive, with a maximum towed speed of 90 km/h and an off-road speed of 40 km/h. The platform can tackle gradients up to 60% and side slopes up to 30%, showcasing its superior maneuverability in challenging terrains.
