142

NATO members conduct annual mine clearance and explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) operation in the Baltic Sea. The aim of the operation is to clear World War I and World War II naval mines that could pose a threat to shipping and fisheries, from the bottom of the Baltic Sea.
Footage includes various shots of the Latvian and Canadian dive teams during the operation. When the area around the mine was secured, the dive team then conducted a controlled detonation.
