Airbus Defence and Space and Rohde & Schwarz have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to improve the technological connectivity offering for the Royal Navy. This strategic collaboration aims to provide the Royal Navy with enhanced communication resilience by leveraging the latest technologies and expertise from both companies. By combining their strengths, Airbus Defence and Space and Rohde & Schwarz will work together to develop innovative solutions that address the evolving challenges faced by the Royal Navy. The MoU recognizes that defense challenges often require collaborative efforts to deliver effective solutions. As part of this agreement, Rohde & Schwarz will contribute its communications technology to strengthen Airbus’ Maritime Network Evolution product. This integration will enable the Royal Navy to benefit from improved communication capabilities, ensuring seamless and secure connectivity in various operational scenarios.
