The U.S. Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Consolidated Support Directorate announced the award of the Technical, Engineering, Advisory and Management Support (TEAMS)-Next Specialized Engineering Analyses (SEA) contract to the nTSI Joint Venture (JV) between nou Systems, Inc. and Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. valued at $637 million. The contract provides Specialized Engineering Analyses services over seven and half years to support the Missile Defense Agency’s (MDA) mission to develop and deploy a layered Missile Defense System in defense of the United States, its deployed forces, allies, and friends from missile attacks in all phases of flight.
nTSI is a Small Business Administration (SBA)-approved All Small Program Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture (JV) between nou Systems, Inc. (nSI-Protégé) and Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI-Mentor). nTSI will support the layered Missile Defense System (MDS) and help advance concepts for future MDS inclusion. Activities will include supporting the government with threat systems engineering; advanced technology; directed energy; hypersonic defense engineering; space systems engineering; U.S-Israeli Cooperative Program engineering; cybersecurity systems engineering; test analyses and reporting; lethality, hit assessment/kill assessment, and collateral effects and consequence management; and concurrent test, training, and operations engineering.
