Yulista Services LLC, Huntsville, Alabama, has been awarded an $8,472,134 definitive contract to provide sustaining engineering services for the F-16 Advanced Integrated Defense Electronic Warfare Suite (AIDEWS) ALQ-211 weapon system. This contract involves Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to support air forces of Pakistan and Turkey. Pakistan operates F-16C/D and F-16A/B aircraft, while Turkey operates F-16C/Ds.

Procurement of this services will enhance operational safety, suitability, and effectiveness of the Advanced Integrated Defense Electronic Warfare Suite and bolster F-16 FMS fleets’ survivability against electromagnetic threats. Work will be performed in Huntsville, Alabama, and is expected to be completed April 22, 2026. U.S. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, is the contracting activity.

AIDEWS provides fighter aircraft with integrated radar warning and RF countermeasures and advanced stand-alone radar warning. The system uses a modular approach in an externally mounted pod, either for EW System upgrades or to add electronic warfare capability to an array of fighter aircraft. AIDEWS is built upon the ALQ-211 family of electronic warfare systems now in use to support U.S. and allied defense customers on many aircraft.

The system is currently in full production with more than 160 systems under contract for six nations as part of the F-16 Foreign Military Sales program.The ALQ-211 is integrated into the CV-22 Osprey Special Operations aircraft, Norwegian NH 90 multi-mission helicopter and is on board international F-16 fighters for Chile, Poland, Pakistan, Turkey and Oman. The self-protection system is also applicable for pod-mounted applications and unmanned aerial vehicles.
