Today, a detachment of warships of the Russian Pacific fleet consisting of the large anti-submarine ships “Admiral Tributs” and “Admiral Vinogradov”, and the large sea tanker “Boris Butoma” completed a four-day business call at the port of Muara (Brunei), where they replenished their water and fuel reserves. The detachment of Pacific fleet left Vladivostok on August 1 to perform tasks in the Asia-Pacific region. Earlier, the ships made a business call to Sri-Lanka and took part in the joint Russian-Indian naval exercise “Indra-Navy-2020”, which took place in the Bay of Bengal.

The Admiral Tributs is a Project 1155 Large Anti-Submarine Ship of the Russian Navy. Known in the west as an Udaloy-class destroyer, the ship is named after Vladimir Filippovich Tributs. Launched in 1983, Admiral Tributs serves in the Russian Pacific Fleet, and has taken part in operations alongside the naval forces of other nations. To combat submarines, Admiral Tributs mounts two quadruple launchers for eight missiles in the Metel Anti-Ship Complex along with two RBU-6000 12-barrel rocket launchers for close in defence.[4] The ship is also equipped with two quadruple 553 mm (21.8 in) CHTA-53-1155 torpedo tubes for 53-65K, SET-65 torpedoes.

The Admiral Vinogradov is an Udaloy-class destroyer of the Russian Navy; she is currently active with the Russian Pacific Fleet. She is named for Admiral Nikolai Ignatevich Vinogradov. Admiral Vinogradov was laid down in the former Soviet Union in February 1986 and was launched in June 1987. The ship was commissioned and joined the Pacific Fleet on 30 December 1988. The Udaloy class, Russian designations Project 1155 Fregat and Project 11551 Fregat-M, are series of anti-submarine guided missile destroyers built for the Soviet Navy, seven of which are currently in service with the Russian Navy.

The Boris Butoma is a Boris Chilikin class also known as Project 1559V Morskoy prostor (Sea space) is a series of fleet replenishment oilers built in 1970s for the Soviet Navy and currently in service with the Russian Navy. Endurance of the ships is 90 days during which they can travel the distance about 22,000 km (12,000 nmi). The oilers of this class are equipped with a device for the transfer of goods in move by the traverse method. A wide range of transported goods (for example, bunker fuel – 8,250 tons, diesel – 2,050 tons, jet fuel – 1,000 tons, drinking water – 1,000 tons, boiler feedwater – 450 tons, lube oil – 250 tons, provisions 220 tons) allows to rank the oilers of this class to the ships for providing of complex supply.
