The MRH Taipan is the worlds most advanced tactial troop lift helicopter in the world. The Australian Army & Navy uses the MRH for aeromedical evacuation, troop/cargo movements and special forces. The MRH replaces the ageing Sea King and the Blackhawk fleets. The MRH allows pilots and crew to fly faster and further than other aircraft of its type. The systems on board allow it to fly in weather and topographical conditions that haven’t been possible with other platforms. Around 345 NH90s have been delivered to date to 18 customers in 13 countries, and have accumulated more than 150,000 flight hours.
The ARH Tiger is the fastest, most agile attack helicopter in operation. The combination of advanced long-range sensors and weapons systems make it the most capable aircraft in its class. The Australian Army has 22 Tiger’s in its fleet, all of which were built in Australia. See the agility and capability of the Tiger in action. The Tiger’s serial production began in 2002 and the first flight of the first Tiger HAP production for the French Army took place in 2003. Currently it has 135 deliveries and more than 80,000 flight hours, having demonstrated its capacity during operational deployments in Afghanistan, the Central African Republic, Libya and Mali.
