Boeing Australia has completed the major fuselage structural assembly for its first Loyal Wingman aircraft, part of the Royal Australian Air Force’s Loyal Wingman – Advanced Development Program. The unmanned aircraft is one of three prototypes that will be developed and tested in Australia, and lessons learned are being applied to development of a global defense solution called the Boeing Airpower Teaming System.
